WHY ARE WE NECESSARY

We are necessary to free up the doctor and his medical staff from doing excessive paperwork (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, patient billing, collections). We will meet all of the billing and collection needs of our clients including the necessary follow-up work enabling the practitioner to spend more valuable time in patient contact.

OUR MOTIVATION IS SIMPLE...to generate a higher income for our physicians our personalized service is welcomed because of the overwhelming amount of paperwork generated by insurance carriers and government agencies.

Maxxon Associates has been successful in organizing procedures in a more efficient way. In fact, it is our experience that once we are involved, doctors generate more income and the collections become less of a problem. We help the staff in up-dating procedures and computers to facilitate an efficiently run office. We will meet all of the billing, collection and follow-up needs of our clients.
