Under our guidance, the practitioner, for example, collects patient information (i.e. Insurance forms, surgical and office data, etc.) This and all other pertinent information are submitted to us. Our staff codes this information and submits it, electronically where appropriate, with all pertinent forms, to the appropriate insurance carriers and/or government sponsored health organizations. Payments go directly to the physician. The physician submits these payments with explanations to us.

We analyze each payment and determine if it reflects the insurance carriers schedule of payments. Denials are immediately addressed. Where the payments fall below the schedule of fees, we take insurance companies and governmental agencies to task and appeal the payments that we deem below the Schedule of Fees.

It is our function to track each bill until a satisfactory collection is made. Each bill is followed up, no matter how small.
