HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS


Under our guidance, the practitioner, for example, collects patient information (i.e. Insurance forms, surgical and office data, etc.) This and all other pertinent information are submitted to us. Our staff codes this information and submits it with all pertinent forms, to the appropriate insurance carriers and/or government sponsored health organizations. Payments go directly to the physician. The physician submits these payments with explanations to us.

We analyze each payment and determine if it reflects the insurance carriers schedule of payments. Denials are immediately addressed. Where the payments fall below the schedule of fees, we take insurance companies and governmental agencies to task and appeal the payments that we deem below the Schedule of Fees.

Computer printouts are submitted regularly to our clients reflecting all information at each stage of the collection process.

Our representative meets regularly at the physician's office and negotiates payments with the insurance carriers under the direction and approval of the physician. We argue appeals when called for and answer inquiries by insurance carriers and patients regularly.

It is our function to track each bill until a satisfactory collection is made. Each bill is followed up, no matter how small.

Our program is individually designed for the current and future needs of the providers we service.

All patient bills are tracked on easy to read computer printouts. These printouts are presented weekly to the provider enabling a better calculation of cash flow. This will inform the client of all outstanding bills. Accounting is thereby considerably simplified.

Our office handles all problems that have to do with billing, including telephone inquiries by the patient and insurance companies.
